
This in-person workshop included presentations on tsunami hazards and preparedness activities, helpful earthquake information tools, and how we all can encourage collaborative science, engineering, and preparedness policy. Presenters included experts from the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, City of Newport Beach, Caltech, UC Irvine, and Earthquake Country Alliance/SCEC. The meeting also included time for networking and participants to share about their activities.
