July 19, 2021 “Secure Your Space” Online Workshop
We’re sorry, however applications are no longer being accepted for this online workshop on July 19 (1-3pm) about mitigating (preventing or reducing) damage and injuries by securing furniture, TVs, appliances, and other objects that can fall or fly during earthquakes.
The workshop will be led by experts from Safe-T-Proof and Ready America. They will provide basic understanding and skills needed to Secure Your Space (home or work), and for you to help neighbors, friends, and family secure their space too.
The workshop is free and attendees will be sent furniture fasteners and other materials (valued at $25) after completing the workshop.
Applications for being selected for this workshop were due by July 9, and are now being reviewed. We will notify everyone of their status by July 13.
Space is limited. If you are unable to attend or are not selected for this workshop, there will be a similar workshop again soon.
